The offline finals of the RGN Pro Series will take place at the eSports arena in Southern California and offer 16 teams a shot at a $30,000 prize-pool.
The announcement of the RGN Pro Series featuring a $50,000 prize-pool in 2015 first saw both its European and North American online leagues play out over the summer and dispense $10,000 per region.
As seen in the original announcement of the league, the original $30,000 offline tournament planned to invite the top five teams from each region, however the tournament will now be run as a sixteen-team event and has retooled itself as a more North American event.
The location has also switched over the weeks, and the new venue for the RGN Pro Series LAN will be the eSports arena (which recently hosted a $5,000 opener) in Santa Ana, California (part of the Greater Los Angeles Area) and the event will run from November 16-18 (in the week before IEM San Jose as well as a day after the iBP Invitational Cup in the same venue).

The event's format will feature four groups of four teams and a best-of-one, round robin group stage. From there, teams advance to a double elimination, best-of-three playoff bracket.
With the top five teams of each league receiving automatic invites, Europe's representation will nevertheless be slim, with many North American teams filling slots reserved for qualifying teams such as E-frag.net, Epsilon, and dignitas.
